Need to do a clean reset of your Blackberry to its factory defaults? If you are not too keen on the idea of reloading the OS you can use the on-board reset capability (they call it “wipe” the handheld device). This option is hidden pretty deep in heart of the Blackberrys multi-layered system so that people wont be able to accidentally use it.
This Blackberry “Wipe-Handheld” command list has been tested on the 8800 however it should be the same or similar for other models
On your blackberry navigate to the following sections:
Here you will need to enter the default password (”Blackberry” or your business-assigned security password)
And your Blackbery will now wipe all user data and reset itself to the factory defaults!
wow man thank’s this really worked x) ~ *****

very concise and to the point. might wanna clarify that you have to extend to the full menu all the way down at the bottom. that was a little vague cause it says services or some oddity.
BEST INSTRUCTIONS EVER!~!!!!!
